Unión de Santa Fe is one of the 24 contestants that go head to head against each other for the glorious title of Argentine Primera División. The team belongs to the sports club of the same name. The club was founded in 1907 and is based in Santa Fe Province, Argentina. Winning the Primera B in 1966 is one of the team’s biggest achievements. Along with it, the team holds an astonishing number of Liga Santafesina de Fútbol titles. Many talented players such as Leopoldo Luque, Nery Pumpido and Ignacio Canuto played for this team in the past. It is also popular for the fierce rivalry it shares with Club Atlético Colón. The team plays its home games at the Estadio 15 de Abril.
