Brazos

About

Brazos is a New York City-based band that blends a number of varied styles including alt-country, indie folk and modern rock to create a unique sonic amalgam. Originally started in Austin, Texas as the solo project of Martin Crane, Brazos would expand into a trio with the addition of bassist Spencer Zahn and drummer Ian Chang in 2009. Having managed to fully flesh out and realize its own characteristic sound, that's perfectly captured on the group's sophomore effort, 2013's Saltwater, Brazos has grown by leaps and bounds since forming as a solo bedroom project in Central Texas.
