Irish rock band Delorentos' music is heavily influenced by some of their idols including  Pixies, The Cure and The Clash. Their purist approach to music-making stems from a shared appreciation of music as a means of gutteral expression. Their first musical attempts came together in 2005 in the woods--away from the strains of regular life and the pressures of a metropolis. The band is known for churning out powerfully rhythmic compositions with a pure rock sound. Delorentos have gained speed in Europe, touring extensively after the release of their first full-length album 2007.
