Tom Cotter is a stand-up comedian from Stony Point, New York, who rose to fame as a competitor on the seventh season of America's Got Talent. Though he has been performing since the early 1990s, he earned national attention after finishing as the show's runner up in 2012 and continues to spread his brand of comedy around the US.
