The indie band Poor Moon began as a project for the songs previously written by Fleet Foxes member Christian Wargo. Led by Wargo, the band is composed of Casey Wescott, also of Fleet Foxes, as well as brothers Peter and Ian Murray. Poor Moon fully realized Wargo's collection of songs and created a warm, intricate but seemingly simple sound that is captured on its eponymous 2012 debut album.
