Denitza Todorova, who performs and releases music under her DENA moniker, is a Berlin-based singer/songwriter whose unique music blends elements of hip-hop, modern EDM and vintage R&B to create a cohesive and innovative sound. Born and raised in Bulgaria, after relocating to Berlin she began writing music, singing and programming beats, quickly drawing the attention of music aficionados which lead to work as guest vocalist on a few hip-hop songs. DENA released her debut single, "Thin Rope," in 2013 and the track's lurching rhythms and glossy production has helped introduce DENA's music to a internationally interested listener base.
