Paula & Karol (also known as Paula i Karol) is an indie folk/pop duo based in Warsaw, Poland that stands as one of the few, if not the only band to represent the alt-rock/indie folk genres in the Eastern European country. The duo derives its inspiration from their experiences living and growing up in their home cities, which for Paula is Ontario, Canada and Warsaw for Karol.
