Kitty Kat is one of the few established German female rap artists. Katharina Löwel, how she is actually named, was signed for three years at the German hip-hop label Aggro Berlin and did several feature songs with established German rap acts like Sido, B-Tight or Fler. Later she also released two solo albums on a different label. Her latest album, Pink Mafia, was released in 2011 and contains 16 songs, including featured acts like Xavier Naidoo or Megaloh. Many critics found faulty on this album, concerning the stagnancy of content, the poor beats and her deficient rap skills.
