After hearing some of the music created by the group Bos Angeles, a listener could easily mistake the band for an upstart lo-fi garage rock outfit from California's south land. Even the group's name--Bos Angeles--seems to be a signal that it's from LA; but, no, the name is a red herring. Bos Angeles calls England home. Receiving a good amount of attention in 2011 for a 7'' that it released, Bos Angeles has been the toast of the UK garage rock scene, and with more touring, as well as appearances at festivals like South by Southwest, the band's notoriety will no doubt continue to grow.
