Comprised of husband-wife duo Michael and Tanya Trotter, The War and Treaty is a duo from Albio, Michigan that blends together elements of soul, gospel and country to create a rousing style of music. The group released its debut album, Down to the River, in 2017 and followed it shortly thereafter with its sophomore effort, Healing Time, in 2018.
