Falco, who's actual name was Hans Hölzel, was an Austrian rock and pop musician. He had several international hits, including the songs "Rock me Amadeus" or "Der Kommissar", and he is the only prominent German singing artist to ever score a number-one hit in the United States. His music crosses the styles of rock, dance, funk and rap and comes with a very unique sound and attitude. Falco is also well known for his pretentious lifestyle, his disposition towards using drugs, especially cocaine, and his mysterious death in a 1998 car accident.
