Roadkill Ghost Choir is a rock-influenced indie folk act from DeLand, Florida that was formed in 2010 by lead singer/songwriter and guitarist Andrew Shepard. Opting to create a sound that pays homage to southern rock's forefathers as well as to 1960s New England folk pioneers, Roadkill Ghost Choir has managed to carved out a unique sonic niche for itself with a sound that's nearly unrivaled by any of the band's peers. Releasing its debut EP, Quiet Light, in 2012, the group has since hopped on the national touring circuit, where it has been busy building a rapidly expanding fan base.
