Hot Club of New Orleans is - as the name suggests - a New Orleans-based jazz and swing band. It is composed of clarinetist Christopher Kohl, guitarists Todd Duke, Larry Scala and John Rodli, violinist Matt Rhody, and bassist Nathan Lambertson. The band strives to create music reminiscent of the melodies of Duke Ellington and Django Reinhardt, without sounding dated.
