Robbie Williams is an English singer/songwriter who began his career in 1989 as a member of the widely successful pop group called, Take That. Williams left the group in 2005 to find larger commercial success as a solo artist. With a quintessential British approach to songwriting, Williams doesn't shy away from his roots which come through strongly in his vocals. Though he has partially rejoined Take That, Williams has also maintained a respectably busy solo career, juggling his tours and recording on a fairly regular schedule.
