Declan Sinnott

A musician, songwriter and producer in his own right, Declan Sinnott is still perhaps best known for his appearances with Irish legends such as Christy Moore and The Pogues. The Wexford-born artist found his way in Dublin in the late-1960s, surrounding himself with musicians and like-minded free spirits. Throughout the next few decades, Sinnott would win the affections of Moore, Shane MacGowan of the Pogues and many other fellow Irish songwriters, often accompanying them on stage with his crisp guitar playing and expressive vocals. To this day, he continues to tour as a member of Moore's backing band, in addition to working on his own projects.
