By using traditional folk instruments like banjos, dobros and washboards as well as ramshackle percussion and six-part baritone harmonies, the Melbourne, Australia-based group Graveyard Train has managed to latch onto a unique sonic aesthetic. Since releasing its debut album, The Serpent and the Crow in 2009, Graveyard Train has maintained a busy touring schedule and become a notable fixture on the Australian concert circuit.
