New York City rapper and producer LE1F is one of the underrated talents. Responsible for the production of Das Racist's break-out hit "Combination Pizza Hut/Taco Bell" and the Spank Rock single "Nasty" featuring New Orleans bounce rapper Big Freedia. LE1F's own work as a rapper explores dark, abrasive sonic territory with lyrics equally as punishing. LE1F's decidedly experimental approach to rap music is virtually unprecedented in the gay rap scene, putting him in a music realm entirely of his own making.
