About
Adelaide Strikers is a cricket team which was formed in 2011 and is based in the state of South Australia. It is the pride of Adelaide city and also its representing team in the Big Bash League (BBL)- the domestic Twenty20 cricket competition. Throughout its history, the team has been propelling forward thanks to its numerous stalwart players. It became the BBL Champions for the first time in 2018. It is due to Michael Klinger, Brad Hodge, Philip Hughes and many others who have previously been part of Adelaide Strikers, the team continues to progress. It holds its home games at the Adelaide Oval sports ground.
