About
St. Louis, Missouri-based hardcore band Everything Went Black plays a quick-paced brand of heavy metal/punk. The band formed in 2009 and self-released its debut EP Pathogens, late the same year. After releasing a split record with Kentucky based hardcore band Rattletooth in 2011 on I Hate Punk Rock Records, Everything Went Black begun working on its debut album later the same year. The album Cycles of Light was released in January of 2012 by Lost Shepherd/Prosthetic Records, featuring what the band describes as blackened hardcore.
