Walter Rose

Walter Rose is a country singer/songwriter and musician based out of California. A series of tragedies in his late teens and early twenties brought him to songwriting, and Rose was encouraged by friends to record his material. After sending a rough uncut tape to American Songwriter, he decided to fully commit to a music career and found a solid backing band an accomplished producer. His 2012 debut album Cast Your Stone, was recorded with Lucinda Williams' band and has been acclaimed for its warm and accessible lyrical content.
