Kai Fish is a musician and singer/songwriter from London who is best known as the bassist for Mystery Jets. As a solo artist, humming bass lines and soft but memorable piano riffs to make a cinematic pop sound with rock sensibilities. His album Life in Monochrome, released in 2011, has been critically acclaimed as a delicate yet punchy debut. In support of the album, Fish released three singles and began a tour of the UK prior to the album's release, strategically building his fan base one city at a time.
