Quite the anomaly, it's safe to say that there is no other band akin to Die Blaude Trottel Parade. A unique amalgam of heavy black metal and quirky circus antics with lyrics sung/screamed in Czech, the band can be described as Gogol Bordello-meets-Slayer in the Czech Republic. Known for its cabaret-themed costumery and bizarre stage theatrics, the five-piece is certainly entertaining to watch, as the lead singer shifts back and forth between screaming metalhead and quirky clown at the drop of a hat.
