Arsenal de Sarandí is an Argentinian football club that competes in the country’s Primera División. Based in the Sarandí district of Buenos Aires, it plays its home matches at the Estadio Julio H. Grondona. It was formed in 1957 and has won top argentine football honors such as the Primera División and Copa Argentina. It has also shown its prowess internationally which can be observed by its 2007 Copa Sudamericana and the 2008 Suruga Bank Championship triumphs.
