Juan Perro

Santiago Auseron, who performs and releases music under his Juan Perro moniker, is a singer/songwriter from Zaragoza, Spain who is probably best-known as the lead singer of the popular Spanish art rock band Radio Futura. Though he achieved noted success with the group throughout the 1980s, Auseron struck out on his own in the mid-1990s and released his debut album, Raíces al Viento, in 1995. Less likely to indulge in his avant-garde, experimental leanings as he did with Radio Futura, Auseron's solo material tends to stay more in the jazz realm with strong fusion and progressive rock elements.
