Hannah Rose Collins, known professionally as Scene Queen, is an American singer who created the genre "bimbocore," blending hyperfeminine aesthetics with metalcore. Born on May 6, 1997, Collins initially aspired to work behind the scenes in the music industry but pivoted to performance, releasing her debut EP Bimbocore in April 2022. The EP's success, coupled with a significant TikTok following, led to the release of Bimbocore Vol. 2 later that year. Her music, characterized by a mix of metalcore and pop elements, addresses feminist themes and personal experiences. Notable singles include "Pink Rover," "Barbie & Ken," and "18+," the latter exploring sexual misconduct in the music scene. Collins, who has ADHD, bipolar disorder, and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, is bisexual and uses her platform to advocate for women in music. Her debut album, Hot Singles in Your Area, is set for release in June 2024.
