Waters is the rock and roll project of Van Pierszalowski, a San Francisco-based artist who is known for his tenure with Port O'Brien and The Morning Benders. Capturing a louder and more aggressive sound than his former indie outfits, he recorded and released his debut album, Out In the Light, in 2011 and has since been spreading his music around the world with his live band.
