Multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter Roy Schneider has been praised by many for his musical dexterity on the guitar, mandolin and harmonica, as well as for his heartfelt lyrics. However, Schneider didn't start out his career as a musician and instead wrote a nationally syndicated comic up until 2008 when he decided to focus his efforts into music. Since then he has impressed audiences in his home state of Florida and throughout the South, even drawing fans in the UK. Schneider usually performs with backing players called Roy Schneider's Hobo Cats.
