Loose Ends is an R&B group from London, England that, despite taking a decade long hiatus during the 1990s, has reunited in 2005 to much success. The band's most successful period, however, was during the 1980s, when Loose Ends' several albums and singles experienced much success on charts in both the UK and the US. The group's most successful single, "Hangin' on a String (Contemplating)," was able to hit the #1 spot on R&B charts in both countries. Because of creative differences, the group decided to break-up in the early 1990s, but has since reunited and is working on a new album to be released in the near future.
