Steve Cole is a tenor saxophonist who was born and raised in Chicago. He released his debut album Stay Awhile, in 1998 but first earned critical acclaim with his 2000 follow-up record, Between Us. The album spawned the massive hit "Got It Goin' On," which remains one of Cole's most famous songs. Armed with his signature smooth jazz, he's continued to champion the genre with records like 2014's Pulse and 2016's Turn It Up.
