When four Missouri-based musicians got together in 2009 and started playing, the music they created was unlike anything they'd ever heard. Because each individual had his own unique musical contribution to the band's sound, the jam session sounded unique, fresh and worth pursuing. After playing for a little while, the four guys decided to call their outfit TOTOJOJO and added a guitarist to round out its characteristic sound, which pulls inspiration from genres like jam rock, reggae and funk. Having built a regional reputation for itself with an impressive stage show, TOTOJOJO's notoriety will undoubtedly continue to grow as it continues touring and releasing new material.
