Stabbing Westward is a band from Macomb, Illinois that was founded by Christopher Hall and Walter Flakus in 1986. Blending together elements of alternative rock, and industrial metal to create a unique sonic amalgam, the group released its debut album, Ungod, in 1994. Going on to release a number of well-received albums before announcing a hiatus in 2002, the group announced a reunion in 2016 and has since kept active, releasing music and touring regularly.
