THe Dragons are the athletic teams that compete for Drexel University in the NCAA Division I and Colonial Athletic Association conference. Based in Philadelphia, the Dragons have distinguished themselves several times during sports seasons, possibly most notibly were the 1958 men's soccer team and 2013 women's basketball team. The Dragons mascot is Mario the Magnificent and its team colors are blue and gold.
