Nicholas Scott Ure, born June 4, 1999, as Nicky Youre, is an American singer-songwriter from Aliso Viejo, California. Ure, initially a water polo player, pursued a music career after college. He debuted with "Sex and Lemonade" in 2020, collaborating with producer Laiki. His breakthrough came with the 2021 single "Sunroof," a collaboration with Dazy, which reached the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and achieved multi-platinum certifications across several countries. Following this, he released "Never Go Wrong" with David Hugo and "Eyes on You" in 2022. In 2023, he dropped "Shut Me Up" and the EP Good Times Go. Ure's pop-centric sound and collaborations have earned him nominations for MTV Video Music Awards and Kids' Choice Awards. Despite being a rising star, his work continues to make significant waves in the pop music industry.
