Nemiah Emmanuel Simms, born on 28 March 2004, is a British rapper known professionally as Nemzzz. Hailing from Manchester, he emerged on the music scene in 2018 by rapping over YouTube instrumentals. Nemzzz gained significant attention with his breakout tracks "Elevate" (2021) and "2MS" (2022). His debut mixtape, Do Not Disturb, released in March 2024, debuted at number 17 on the UK Albums Chart and topped the UK R&B Albums Chart. The mixtape featured collaborations with artists like Luciano and JayG and was followed by a deluxe edition with additional features. Nemzzz's early career included viral singles and an EP titled Nemzzz Type Beat. With Jamaican roots, his music reflects a blend of personal experiences and diverse influences. Nemzzz's rise in the UK rap scene is marked by his distinctive sound and growing popularity.
