Cover Drive is a pop group from Barbados that has made some considerable headway on the commercial pop charts. The band combines elements of commercial pop, rap and the traditional beats of its members' native Barbados to create a sound that is as unique as it is infectious. Although the band is only beginning to get off the ground, Cover Drive's debut single "Lick Ya Down" managed to reach #9 on the UK pop charts since its release in September 2011.
