Manchester Thunder is a professional Netball team from England that competes in the Netball Superleague. Founded in 2001 as Northern Thunder, the team was renamed in 2012 after relocating from Bury to Gorton. It boasts a fairly successful record with multiple Netball Superleague, Super Cups and Mike Greenwood Trophies to its credit.
