Forged in Brooklyn by a New Yorker and two musicians from Berlin, Fenster creates a charming blend of deconstructed bedroom folk and avant-pop. The trio released its debut album in 2010, recording it in eight days before ever having performed live together. Despite this speed, Fenster managed to create an impressive debut, gaining attention in indie circles both in the US and Germany.
