Bachman-Turner Overdrive is a hard rock band from Winnepeg, Canada that experienced the peak of its popularity and commercial success during the 1970s. As one of Canada's most successful hard rock bands to come out of the decade, Bachman-Turner Overdrive sold over 7 million albums over the course of the decade as well as several Top 40 singles that experienced regular airplay on FM radio. Following the band's break up in 1979 and a short lived reunion in the mid-1980s, Bachman-Turner Overdrive decided to reunite once more in 2009 and have been touring and recording successfully ever since.
