The Bastards of Fate

Virginia-based Bastards of Fate combine saccharine pop melodies with thumping beats, noise and shrieking vocals. Formed in 2006 by Doug Cheatwood, Benjamin Pugh, Camellia Delk, Jason Wellz and Doug Shelor, the band released its debut album Who's a Fuzzy Buddy? in 2012. Its follow-up, Vampires are Real & Palpable, hit the shelves two years later. The band's most popular tracks include "The Zero Hour," "Freemasons," "Winter of Our Discontent," "Fan Fiction Writer" and "Identity Theft."
