Vladislav Delay, who performs and releases music under the pseudonym Luomo, is a Finnish electronic musician who blends elements of techno, glitch, and ambient house to create a distinctive sonic aesthetic. Delay released his debut album, Ele, in 1998 and since then he has continued to release LPs at a prolific rate in addition to keeping a busy international performance schedule.
