Known for his bizarre stage antics and unusual methods of creating sound, Lucas Abela and his many alter-egos (Justice Yeldham, DJ Smallcock, A Kombi) is an Australian experimental noise artist. A one-man-show, Abela's performances generally consist of him pressing his face against a sheet of glass and employing everything from throat singing to raspberries. Despite the absurdity of these acts, Abela manages to create sound that is surprisingly controlled and rhythmic, making his live shows highly entrancing.
