About
UK-based group Alexanders Annexe is the side-project of composer, multi-instrumentalist Mira Calix. Alongside pianist Sarah Nicolls and sound designer David Sheppard, Alexanders Annexe is a beautiful intersection of ambient experimental and traditional classical music's use of space and tension. The result is often a sound that is cinematic in nature, lending itself to both an aural and visual experience.
