The Useless Keys is an alternative space rock band based in Los Angeles. The group released a debut EP in January 2010, entitled Is the Painting Changing. The loud yet effeminate sound of the band is carried by Michael Regilio and Michael Bauer on spacey lead and rhythm guitar, David Givhan on bass guitar and Jerry Roe on drums, all of which is complemented by Bauer's soft vocals.
