Pfadi Winterthur is a Swiss handball team that features in the Swiss Handball League (SHL). It is one of the most successful teams in the country, with several major honors to its credit. While the team was founded in 1938, it spent much of its early years playing in informal tournaments. In 1992 it won its first league championship and since then it has evolved into one of Switzerland's powerhouses.
