Manchester City W.F.C. is an English football team that features in the FA Women's Super League. An affiliate of Manchester City F.C, it was founded in 1988 as Manchester City Ladies and initially competed in the North West Women's Regional Football League. The club eventually made its way into the top division and has since been fairly successful. Its trophy collection includes FA Women's Super League, FA Women's League Cup and Women's FA Cup titles as well as a number of other lower division championships.
