Steak Number Eight is a hard rock band from Wevelgem, Belgium that was founded in 2004. Spending its formative years playing a large amount of shows, the group was properly able to hone its sound and refine its songwriting approach before entering the studio to record its debut LP, When the Candle Dies Out..., in 2008.
