Eintracht Frankfurt Frauen is the women's football division of the eponymous sports club. It is one of the most successful teams in Germany and competes in the country's top-tier league - the Frauen-Bundesliga. The club was founded in 1973 and since then it has been one of the most dominating forces of the league. In 1999 it won its first Bundesliga title and a decade later it won its seventh league championship. The club also boasts a record number of DFB Pokal titles and also has multile UEFA Champions League titles to its credit.
