KK Split is one of Croatia's most successful basketball clubs. The team was founded in 1945 and featured in the erstwhile Yugoslav League, where it was one of the dominating forces. Its trophy collection includes multiple Yugoslav Leagues, Yugoslav Cups, Croatian Cups and Croatian League. KK Split has also tasted success on the continental stage, having won three back-to-back EuroLeague titles between 1989 to 1991.
