Grand Magus

Grand Magus is a heavy metal band from Stockholm that has proven itself to be one of the more interesting groups in the myriad of acts in the Scandinavian hard rock scene. Though it was founded in 1996, Grand Magus didn't release its eponymously-titled debut album until 2001. The lapse in time between the group's inception and the release of its first album worked to the band's advantage, however, as it gave Grand Magus nearly a half decade's time to solidify its sound and hone its approach with plenty of live performances.
