Les Ogres de Barback

Hailing from France the alternative pop group Les Ogres de Barback is composed of Fred, Alice, Sam and Mathilde Burguière. The four multi-instrumentalist brothers and sisters began making music together in 1994 and mastered various string and wind instruments including the guitar, cello, trumpet, trombone, violin and piano to create its gypsy-inspired sound. Les Ogres de Barback self-released its debut album Rue du temps, in 1997 before starting its own label called Irfan in 2000. The band would go on to release all of its albums with the label, including its 2011 effort Comment je suis devenu voyageur.
